I suppose it's logical to think that people can be fleetingly attracted to a gender or sex to which they may not usually be attracted. Sexuality is a spectrum, after all. However, I'm sure there are exclusively heterosexual people, just as I'm sure there are many exclusively homosexual people.

Yeah it has to be biological, I don't get people thinking anything else. And since it's biological it's not a sin. But I do believe everyone can have SOME sort of attraction for all genders, doesn't have to be plain sexual.

Basically he said he doesn't believe people are born liking both sexes and then lean more to one side as they get older, that people are generally born the way they are supposed to be.
