Police learned of the abuse when they made a routine visit to Heather's boyfriend, James Osborne - a convicted sex offender. According to a police report, they searched his laptop and found a video file of Heather "engaging in sexual conduct with an unknown infant".
It turns out that boy was one of the children at Heather's daycare.
