Kate is the title of JC Chasez's second solo album scheduled to be released in March or April 2007. He has been working on the album since September 2004.

JC explains meaning of the album name:

“ Kate is an imaginary person that I ended up creating an album around. I wanted to make a record that people could relate to, but I wanted to make it interesting as well. None of the songs are in particular about one person, they’re from a collection of experiences. Each song is about more than one scenario that’s maybe happened to me at one time or another, and since it’s not about one person I kinda had to dream it into this one person to give the record a focus. ”

He's good! i Like JC. His 1st album was good

Some girls + Blowin me up(with her love) were good songs, but I thought his CD was a disaster overall, and he also got too horny when it came to singles. It was ugly from my standpoint. Some of the beats/music were good though. If he just switched up his lyrics to something lighter, I think the album would've done better.

I think he'll be better with his next album venture.

He needs to do more with his singles. I liked JC the most from N*Sync, but his last album was stupidly scandalous and his last single, "Until Yesterday," was a snoozefest.

^Agreed. Imo he has better vocals then Justin and he of course can dance and has a 'style' so if he can pull himself together and stop it with the trashy crap, he may do better.
