This happened yesterday in Chihuahua, Mexico. Reports say there are 13 dead thus far and over 50 injured.

Absolutely horrifying.
Whoever organized this event was a stupid idiot. I mean, clearly there was NOT enough space to complete the maneuver in the opposite direction.
