Lately I've been suffering some pain on my back, so I've been feeling the need to change some of my habits on, for instance, sitting in front of the computer, where I'd always make up the craziest positions By reading this
Idk about my sleeping posture, but I really have a bad sitting and walking posture. I didn't even notice it before, my friends did. Since then, I just try to straighten up everytime I catch myself in a bad posture. It doesn't feel natural but it's worth trying I guess. I want to go to a doctor tho
