I get that whole "They ignore deeper rooted racism" argument, but what if they do it unintentionally? Like, what if they don't know about deeper rooted racism or what if they just haven't thought that much about it?
Can you really blame them for it if they aren't educated enough?

As by saying "I don't see color", you also don't see racism and you don't see how people are still discriminated because of it. My question was if you're a racist if you say something like this, because in most cases, people who say this don't have the intention of being racist (and I've heard black people say stuff like this too).
So really, my question is if being a racist requires intention.
Most people that I know who could even be seen as 'colourblind' at a stretch don't tend to mean that though, I don't think people really think their words through sometimes.
