Not too sure if you can. But what you NEED to do is eat over 3000 calories a day and make sure you are eating the right amount of PROTEIN, FATS AND CARBS. Maybe even 3500 calories if you have really high metabolism. Oh and train HEAVY, you've gotta work bitch for those cakes
