Yes. I flirt with my boyfriends straight cousins. I mean damn they are hot as ****, no disrespect to my boyfriend. They always be teasing me whilst playing socer outside, slapping my ass when i score a goal and then when we were watching a movie one of them jokingly put his arm on my shoulder and looked into my eyes. I didn't know what was going on, then he bursts out laughing. A mess.
Sometimes I do flirt with my closest friends as an expression of playful humor, but nothing beyond that.

I don't think I've ever directly told a straight guy he's hot (unless it really comes up in conversation somehow) but I'm still flirty with them in many ways
tbh the things you mentioned are not flirting... more like being directly interested.
If I know they don't mind and it's just playful then sometimes I do. If I don't know them, then no. I don't want to pick the wrong guy to try it with and get punched in the face.
