Like, why is it so boring. Did anyone put any effort into this song. Katy's weird attempt at sounding sexy on the verses, the non-event of a chorus that feels like it's building up to something bigger that never actually comes, and the obviously cringeworthy rap. Not surprised it didn't reach #1 on iTunes. One of Max Martin's worst songs.

Its actually pretty amazing! You just sound really pressed. its honestly becoming my favorite song at the moment. That beat drop is so hypnotic. My only problem with the song is that its too short!!!!!!

Everyone says Katy is the biggest digital force, so not reaching #1 is a bit disappointing! And it's Max Martin produced and has a rap feature so it will probably be a spring single or something. Trying to replicate 'E.T.' but failing a bit, IMO.

I actually like it. I agree parts of it don't go anywhere, but as a whole I think it's a pretty solid song that works really well as an album track.
