She dominated the 80s for pop girls, but Michael was the biggest star by far.

That's the difference between her and Mariah, no man was bigger than her in the 90s.

Mariah sold way more than Madge in the 90s in the US and outside of it. + had more hits, this isn't even debatable.

Britney is the icon of this generation, the media, and the public were obsessed with her last decade.
