I see where Wendy's coming from. But Is it in her right to critique Miley on what may arguably be her just changing and expanding upon her life? I'm sure Wendy wouldn't raise up a point if Miley, was to say, change religion from Christian to Muslim.
In regards to Wendy raising the issue with Miley appropriating 'Black Culture', Can I say that this is the definition of culture;

No where does it state race. It could be argued that its just a lazy assumption to say that certain behavior patterns are sectioned to a particular race. So with this in mind, I don't think Miley is appropriating Black culture.
