Yes, after the rather successful Songwriters contest done Eurovision-style, I'm beginning the second competition now!

Basically the same rules as last time. Sign-ups to be preliminarily listed as a competitor will be March 3 (next Saturday). The songs will have two due dates (in order to better gage who's actually competing). A tentative song title (nothing definitive set) will be due March 14th with the actual song due (yes, the WHOLE SONG! even with a diff title or whatever) due March 26th. The Songwriters Contest will be held March 28th with the votes being presented the next night.

Yes, this avoids conflict with March Madness. No need to panic.

But of course! The quick turnover here was to capitalize on people seeing the first one and hopefully we can do this as a monthly thing, with maybe a big old Songwriter Of The Year final between all the winning songs.
