The popularity of these artists has clearly declined drastically since their peaks, but which one is the biggest has been? In other words, who has fallen harder and is considered more of an early 2000s has been?
Christina's last solo single Your Body peaked at #34 spending 1 week in the top 50, and failed to even reach Gold certification. Her latest album Lotus also tanked, failing to even sell 300k in the US. However, her feature with Pitbull called Feel This Moment was a top 10 hit this year, and she is going to be coaching the Voice this season.
Avril's last solo single Here's to Never Growing Up went Platinum and top 20 on the Hot 100, but her new single Rock n Roll isn't even in the iTunes top 800, and her last album Goodbye Lullaby only produced one top 60 hit and the album declined hugely in sales both domestically and worldwide compared to her previous efforts.
847. Christina Aguilera - Just a Fool (with Blake Shelton)
864. Avril Lavigne - Rock N Roll
Xtina?
Hmm..Im thinking people are confused with this poll and what "bigger" meant her. Some people are voting for who's bigger (as in success) and some are voting for the bigger flop
I was voting for bigger flop and that is Avril by far.
And? Your Body went #34 and never peaked there anymore.
It was a non-factor in both iTunes and Radio.
HTNGU was a mild hit while Your Body was a flop
Your Body came out before Video Streaming was counted. Otherwise, it would have been Top 20.
Avril had that and still couldn't go Top 20 and needed a discount to peak at literally #20.
