No she isn't? I like Belinda a lot. She was just professional in feigning English to get a job. Plenty of foreign actors and actresses do this all the time. In fact, there are asian singers who sing with no accent, but have no idea wut she is saying. Besides, Belinda speaks with an American dialect.
lol, the litle bit of english she spoke sounded good to me but yeah, i also thought she could do a full interview in english...
but i still don't understand why RBD didn't speak any Spanish when they were allowed to do so on that show, they just looked dumb trying to speak English the other day lol
