What's happened to her voice? It sounds so weak now.

Everyone is aware her voice has been damaged... She can no longer sing live like she used to.
However, she has been working hard on fixing that. Her voice has improved a lot recently, and hopefully she'll continue to improve.

I love her so much, but her voice is gone.
Not her background singer's little part sounding better than 90% of the show.
I'm sad.
