Gary Barlow to visit Afghanistan

The Take That star is set to meet our brave boys and girls in Camp Bastion in Helmand Province.
Plans were last night being finalised for the trip due to take place before the end of November.
Gary, 42, who was last year given an OBE for his charity work, will visit the war zone during a break from X Factor filming.
The singer, a show judge for three years, finished shooting his judges’ houses heat last week in New York.
A show insider said: “Although The X Factor is a big commitment, Gary has some free time between now and the live shows.”
ITV cameras will follow Gary’s visit and his trip will be shown during an hour-long documentary.
