So, some of you may know me- I am Kyle, Nick's other half Im just gonna share my views on life and current events here, as well as book and movie reviews etc. Just a place to chit chat.

So as some of you may know, nick and I had a rough patch recently, but I really feel it was an eye opener for us both. Since then, we have had the most AMAZING times together. Nick slept over last night, and saw me like 3 or 4 other times this week and I just cant get enough. We just click so much better after what we went through, and I personally went through a big transformation, not only just for the relationship but for myself. I am much happier with life as a whole having made the changes I have

I can honestly say that I have NEVER felt this way for someone, I just cant stop thinking about him. I have planned the most amazing Valentines Day Extravaganza which I cant wait to spring on him And then March 14th we have our anniversary-I just cannot imagine how ****** my life would be without him. Nick is the world to me and I really feel I found the person I will spend the rest of my life with <3.


Now that I got that off my mind (Felt compelled to confess my love) lets have a movie review?

Pan's Labyrinth Rated: R

Pans Labyrinth is a cross between a childs fairy tale type movie, and an adult drama which is filled with allegory. I dont think I can even explain how much I loved this movie-the plot was perfect-not too slow, not too fast, and full of twists and turns. I must admit, I was skeptical when I saw the ratings for the movie-even Robin Quivers of Howard Stern Show said that she enjoyed it, and this was what ultimately propelled me to go see it.

I was not a fan of Narnia, for I felt that it had potential, but was just too childish for my liking-Pans Labyrinth takes it one step further, a grown-up version of Narnia if you will.

The movie however is in Spanish, and has English subtitles. I think that this only makes the experience much more meaningful, for having an understanding of Spanish not only lets you understand things lost in subtitle translation, but also lets you may even more attention to the scenery and detail to gain a greater appreciation. Guillermo Del Torro is a genuis with this picture-even if you dont understand Spanish at all, you will understand the hidden meanings behind the movie-its full of emotion and action both fueled by amazing performances down the line.

And finally on music-keep your eyes peeled for the new Eagles Album comming out within the next few months, I personally cannot wait!

Today was a slow day, I kept counting down the minutes until dinner time, which meant that I was getting closer to Nick's visit tonight ^_^ He is going to sleep over and we are going to go to the DMV tomorrow so I may obtain my learners permit (long story, basically I was too involved in school to make time to learn to drive) Im not sure if we are going to do anything in particular today but it wont matter, any time we spend together just ends up being amazing

Ive really endulged my love for oatmeal raisin cookies here at school, I have them every breakfast and every dinner Im looking for a new book to read at night, any suggestions please post-having read A Pale View of Hills for like the 5th time, I just find most books cannot compare to it and thus lose interest.

So Nick and I had an amazing weekend-we were non-stop busy and seeing him so much made me sooo happy. Sunday, we visited our adopted brother, a younger friend of ours and took him to see a movie, it was a fun visit-but being sunday it also meant the conclusion of his visit

I just keep finding myself wanting to show Nick how much I love him more and more and I just feel Im like being so redundant (although very heartfelt). I just dont know if he understands how much he means to me, like sometimes he gets to thinking about what I did to him and being sad. I tell him the past is the past, I was not myself, I was an evil horrible person and that I really have changed.

My changes are not just with our relationship they have moved into my life as well, I am a much happier person with the changes I have made, physically there are differences too and it just kills me when I see him get sad thinking about what I did to him. I understand its still recent but I dunno I just try so hard to show him the future is going to be perfect, as perfect as the present currently is. I understand I can only show so much and it then relies in him to just realize thinking about hte past is pointless when such a bright future awaits you.

Then again, maybe I am just overreacting because afterall everybody has their days where they are down and just get sorta emo...right?

Awww...I hope all good things never end between you and Nick. I wish you luck.

So I woke up to my cell phone ringing, and a friend from HS telling me that a rather good friend of mine has been killed. I assume it was a car accident and ask what the circumstances were and she tells me he was shot in the VT shooting spree.
I just dont know how to feel, we were like brothers in HS, and what makes me feel even worse is how we started losing contact when college started. I did talk to him about a week ago briefly but..I just worry I may lose more of my friends without like getting to enjoy more good times with them.

Why do idiots do things like this? It is probably the most selfish thing you can do-taking loved ones away from others then kill yourself so you cannot face judgement. It makes me utterly sick that there are ****ers like this in the world. I dont care how depressed he was or what he was on or where he was from, he killed 32 innocent people I hope his soul burns in hell forever.

Awwwwww i'm so sorry may you friend rest in peace. I too lost a friend back in September. He had died from mitingitis & i also lost my cousin last month. She was killed in a car accident.

I'm really sorry to hear this, because I know that death is nothing anyone wants to deal with. I send my ondolences to the friends and families to the victims.

Daniel O'Neil, 22, of Lincoln, R.I. A graduate student in environmental engineering, he also played guitar and wrote his own songs, which he posted on a Web site, www.residenthippy.com.

Friend Steve Craveiro described him as smart, responsible and a hard worker, someone who never got into trouble.

“He would come home from school over the summer and talk about projects, about building bridges and stuff like that,” Craveiro said. “He loved his family. He was pretty much destined to be extremely successful. He just didn’t deserve to have happen what happened.”

O’Neil graduated in 2002 from Lincoln High School in Rhode Island and graduated from Lafayette College in Easton, Pa., before heading to Virginia Tech, where he was also a teaching assistant, Craveiro said.

A Lafayette publication said that while there O’Neil was vice president of the Arts Society. His high school yearbook noted he was on the cross country and outdoor track teams, the drama club and the National Honor Society, according to the Providence Journal.

It is a shame how his life was lost. May he rest in peace.

Yeah Steve told me that he spoke to the news people about it, what he says really does capture the essence of Dan, he was so smart yet at the same time down to earth and a great guy to have fun with, we are all hit very hard by this. Thank you all for condolences Lets just hope this horrific incident is the last of its kind-hopefully a wakeup call-however an unnecessary one lets not let it go to waste.
