Well I was talking about customers in general, and I never said anyone was to blame. But for a customer to have a complete meltdown like that over this, that isn't going to solve anything. At the end of the day, the workers are working to earn money and to make a living. Whether you, me, or the customer believe it's an efficient system or not is irrelevant because it's simply their job.
I've listened to my dad have similar yelling sessions on the phone to these phone services (nothing as bad as this, though) and I just think it's pretty useless and unnecessary to unload all your anger onto someone who is only doing what they can to support themselves + their families.
