Last time I remember it happening was with the Ashlee Simpson survivor. We just gave the host some time which led to the survivor dying. Then, after some time had passed and it seemed that they were not going to continue it or return, someone else asked if they could re-do the survivor.
I do not know if that was an efficient way of handling it but that is what happened. I guess it would be a good idea to insert a rule about that but then again, it is not a common thing. Meanwhile, try contacting Jaime in whatever way you can.
