Gaga’s 2009 smash "Poker Face" becomes the seventh song to reach the 7 million mark in digital sales. It’s just the third song by a female solo artist to achieve this feat, following Adele’s "Rolling In The Deep" (7,984,000) and Carly Rae Jepsen’s "Call Me Maybe" (7,223,000). "Poker Face" hit #1 in the spring of 2009. It received Grammy nominations for Record and Song of the Year.
Lady Gaga is the first American female solo artist to have a single sell 7,000,000 copies in the United States.
