I think people's perceptions of her got in the way of the material. Nothing In This World was a hot song, if Kelly Clarkson sung it it would be playing on the radio every other minute but its just because shes Paris Hilton. Her album isnt half bad!

To HotShades i do agree she has NITW, Jealousy, two good songs on the album. Turn It Up has a hot beat, don't care about her voice. Stars Are Blind grew on me last month. I Want You was a fav of mine for a week now i hate it. but yeah if Kelly or some other big named artist, mostly Kelly cuz i can see her singing this, it would be a hit.

I personally don't mix her image and music like some people do Her music has nothing to do with her image. If I like it I like it. If I hate it I hate it. I don't go to the point of saying...oh she's a trashy dumb blonde so no matter what let's hate her music. But I guess that's what people do these days. It's pretty sad if you ask me. I actually love Heartbeat...done so well. Nothing in this World is a great song. But people are too focused on "Paris Hilton" instead of "Nothing in this World" Like someone said already...if it was Kelly Clarkson they'd be like "Omg who cares about the song title IT'S KELLY CLARKSON!!!!!
^you surely have point there, i think that the fact that paris got a contract and released an album with a big producer just b/c she´s famous, irritate alot of people....and i understand that, but the opinion on the album should be based upon the quality of it, not what people think of paris as a celebrity...

people say her singles flopped because of her image but the truth is that her singles had and has a lot of rotation on tv programs, radio and others... and I don't like Paris but her music doesn't flopped... at least in my country not
