The only thing that's saying it's fake is the account it was uploaded to not being her official one. But that doesn't mean it's not her. You can see the guy taping the rehearsal and it's probably a dancer or someone's assistant and Brit's team decided not to upload the video but that dancer/assistant is a Britney stan and wanted to share it anyways so he capture the video from his phone and sent it to someone or made a fake britney account and uploaded it there.
