Basic question, I think in arabic. Anyone else have to speak English for their environment but think in another language?

What's it like to think in another language? Does it feel weird?

I'm not sure, I'll have to keep that in mind. I think I do.

I'm Dutch, but I think in English and sometimes in (Moroccan) Arabic... and sometimes in Dutch. I get lost in languages.
