It seems as though the record company wants to get a few hits, sell a few million albums and move on.

Because for some reason every time she releases an album every song gets played on the radio.

She needs to start releasing bi-yearly with 7 tracks per album.

She stops caring after the second single i've noticed

Because Rihanna's become so preoccupied with her other ventures outside of music (fragrances, movies, clothing lines, etc.) over the past 2 years that her eras have begun to slip. Which is why she should take a break after this one.

I guess between the new albums and tours she can't get it all together. The GGGB era was the last thorough one, but if we ever get another "loud"-esque era id be satisfied

This era has slayed minus the lack of promo for Right Now.

lol its like they're done with it once the album goes platinum.

+1 Rih seems more concerned about having fun and living her life then her music. It seems as if her label controls her music, etc more then she does herself, but regardless their bops so i aint even mad

I really never understand this. Her management (those in charge or promo) have booked Rita Ora (Local U.K artist who sold 1/6 of Loud, 1/3 of TTT, and 1/2 of Una in her home market) more magazine covers/performances WW in her time with them then since when Rih signed with them in 2010.

The only reason Right Now is flopping is because of the lack of promo.
No performance, no video

Because Rihanna is a household name she doesn't need all of that. Rita does because she is a newbie and they are trying to find her niche

Because she works year round, but shes not a slave. She has been blessing us with SMASHES year after year, shooting dozens of music videos, commercials, magazine covers, shes goes on tour every other year. She works hard, and she cemented her status as ICON because of it.

Because she works year round I think its unfair to call her lazy just because shes not doing full single and promo treatments for 4-5-6 different singles every year. I think after she takes a break R8 will see her return to her GGGB/LOUD era form where she was able to do full promo campaigns again. I value Rih's health more than anything and I don't want to see her on those IV's again like when she was recording TTT on the Loud Tour.
