Are there similarities? Yes, but we only have a couple of seconds from the entire song... It might be a sample and even if the music is similar: for all you know she credited Gaga, Gaga gave it to her, or she had Gaga's blessing... Don't go screaming' "copying" when Gaga never officially released it, Natalia Kills hasn't released it officially yet, and you don't know who are listed/credited as writers/producers etc..
