I really feel sorry for Jessica Simpson whose performance was cut from the show. She was out of her league on this show with so many pros and A list performers. I also think Carrie Underwood was out of her league too, she doesn't have much stage charisma and she butchered the song she sang.
The producer of the show made a big mistake trying to invite the flavor of the months to help with the honor Dolly.
This was a classy show with many of the top entertainers in the world there.
I feel bad for Dolly that she had to listen to Jessica screw up while Shania, Alison Krause and Vince Gill put on great A performances with heart felt emotion.
