Emotionally preparing myself for this movie. The book had me crying for DAYS

I thought the book sucked + totally overrated. It was literally about a couple who both suffered from cancer and then they flew to Amsterdam to meet the girl's fav author who turns out to be an asshole. They then went back to America and everyone started dying. The end ?
