The Saturdays do "nothing for music", according to Naughty Boy.
The producer claimed that the girl group send out the wrong message to today's youth as they have focused their career on fame rather than success.
"I'm really into personalities, they are scarier than celebs. Celebrities aren't scary, I don't crave fame or that side of it at all," Naughty Boy told Yahoo omg.
"People crave fame too much, they don't write their own songs, they just look pretty - that is sending wrong signals to kids - you should crave success and not fame."
He added: "People like The Saturdays or Stooshe - they base their stuff on stuff that isn't important, on things that don't last.
"It's throwaway - they can be as sexy as they can but they are doing nothing for music. It's so disappointing."
Naughty Boy recently told Digital Spy that Britney Spears has the capacity to "change the pop scene", after he worked with the US singer on her forthcoming new album.
I never really understood the hype around them. They E show they had I think flopped! And I think their album flopped to. So why are they even still around? I never really got into them like.
I agree with his comment on the Saturdays, they DO absolutely nothing for music. They have a few good songs and that's it. Unlike Girls Aloud, who actually did do something.
I really like Stooshe and I don't think they're in any way comparable to the Sats. At least Stooshe had their own sound.
Clearly they get nothing for their music either since the GP has been paying them dust for like over a year now. And that's on both sides of the Atlantic.
They will break up soon I think. Two of them are married and have kids, Frankie has a child soon. If they wanted success, they would need to re-think their image and sound.
