No, I don't.
I think they get too much free stuff which they can afford anyway and it's unnecessary, in terms of publicity for things they get pandered to way too much and yes in some cases they are let off lightly for things.
On the flip side too many people seem to think that just because someone has a public position or a job in entertainment that they've sold their soul to the public. Celebs and public people are then paraded around, their space and privacy is infringed, they are put in danger as well by the paparrazi, they can get treated like **** for things that is no one else's business and the authorities like to make an example of them if they ever do anything or are picked on by the authorities when they haven't done anything out of jealously or dislike at that person's image/fame. Even the most famous people can be chosen as targets particularly when it gives other power trips or gives whole industries money out of coverage and interfering.
Another factor is their wages - the ones who are successful can get paid far too much for the worth of their job, however, on the other side their wage should reflect a perfecentage of the amount of worldwide/or market appeal they have.
It's a conundrum but of course there are examples of blatant favouritism or abuse of power when it comes to the treatment of celebs and public people. Celebs/public people may find that they get a mix of both in different areas of their lives and some more of one. I wonder if there is any or ever has been any that was always treated just like anyone else.
