She only has like 1 song on her album produced by him according to a leak blog and that's Wrecking Ball and it sounds nothing like Roar.
Apparently there are some issues with Wrecking Ball, but Dr. Luke just tweeted a fan yesterday about it hopefully being released soon

See You Again, The Climb and 7 Things were all top 10 hits, not produced by Dr. Luke and came before Party in the USA.
