Well I don't think that Oprah bought it herself. It's just a promotion for a new Ford car.

If Oprah wasn't there, would they have still done a free car spoof? Ford donated that car because they know that Oprah reenacting the 'you get a car' line would get attention.
So yes, Oprah does have something to do with the free car, even if she didn't pay for it herself.
