1 - The Hofstadter Insufficiency - 26 September 2013

Sheldon and Penny bond at home missing Leonard, while Amy and Bernadette bond while at a biology conference. Raj tries to meet women since he can now talk to them, while Leonard is having such a great time on the North Sea that he doesn't appear to be missing Penny.

2 - The Deception Verification - 26 September 2013

Leonard returns early to spend time with Penny making Sheldon very mad at him. Howard has some side effects to treating his mother with an estrogen rub down.

3 - The Scavenger Vortex - 3 October 2013

The gang goes on a scavenger hunt mixing up the couples making the guys work with a different significant other.

4 - The Raiders Minimization - 10 October 2013

Beverly Hofstadter writes a psychology book about Leonard which Penny buys and reads. Sheldon wants to ruin something for Amy after she ruins an Indiana Jones movie for him. Raj and Stuart try online dating.

5 - The Workplace Proximity - 17 October 2013

Amy starts working at Caltech which causes friction with Sheldon. Howard agrees with Sheldon who mentions this to Bernadette causing a big fight for the Wolowitzes.

6 - The Romance Resonance - 24 October 2013

Sheldon makes an amazing discovery only to shoot himself down when he finds that he was in error. After Howard writes a song for Bernadette, Penny mulls over making a romantic gesture for Leonard.

7 - The Proton Displacement - 7 November 2013

After Professor Proton asks Leonard to work with him on an experiment. Sheldon is jealous and brings in Bill Nye, the Science Guy for his work.

8 - The Itchy Brain Simulation - 14 November 2013

Penny finally meets Lucy and gets mad at her for breaking up with Raj. Raj has closure and meets with Lucy who is now seeing someone else. Penny then sets Raj up with a friend of her which does not go well. Leonard has a fight with Sheldon and has to wear an itchy red sweater for some unexplained reason.

9 - The Thanksgiving Recoupling - 21 November 2013

Sheldon protests when the gang drags him to Mrs. Wolowitz's house for Thanksgiving. Penny has to deal after finding out she is married.

10 - The Discovery Dissipation - 5 December 2013

Wil Wheaton helps Sheldon deal with his new found celebrity status, while Leonard's work completely disproves Sheldon's discovery. Raj gets in trouble by getting the other guys romantic advise.

Bernadette and Amy are the worst thing that happened to this show

Sheldon shouldn't act like a normal person, he should go back to his old ways..

I hope this season is better, they've been going downhill (in terms of comedy) since season 5

I kinda agree and kinda don't. I mean the appeal of the show at first was Sheldon because he's so weird and he was the reason most people watched the early seasons imo. But at the same time.. like this is season 7 now and it'd be **** if they didn't have any character development and he was just the same awkward out-of-touch nerd from the first season. Wouldn't make any sense.

But yeah, him becoming less Sheldon-y definitely makes the show less entertaining but at the same time I feel like it kinda has to happen eventually.

I agree with you on the character development, however, what i'm saying that he should be true to his real character (the self-centered nerd)

In my opinion, she's the worst thing that happened to this show. The last season she was more dramatic than comedic

There's no flaws with this show and there will never be. There's a reason why the ratings are off the roof with this show and it only keeps getting better and bigger

I agree. He seems too animated now, just contributing one-liners. I understand there needs to be some character development but I think they've taken it too far; he's basically lost most of the qualities that people found so hilarious in the first place.

Amy's first season was a bit messy (although it was not just her) but since season 5 or so she has been the best part of the show by far >>>>>

Imo what hurt the show was playing out the Penny/Leonard relationship so quickly. By season 3 I was already over it and at this point I still don't even know or care if they are dating or not. Bringing Amy in gave the show a whole new dynamic to explore which was a refreshing change when the writers figured out how to use her.

Beverly was last seen in the CBS hit’s Season 5 premiere when she turned up via Skype to offer Leonard advice on his Penny vs. Priya predicament.

When she returns in the Oct. 10 episode, it will once again be via Skype (Baranski’s Good Wife duties on the East Coast make in-person appearances difficult). It’s not clear what brings her back, but, given her special connection to Sheldon, one shouldn’t assume it’s her son she wants to see. Just putting that out there!

She's one of my favourite characters.
