In recent weeks Lady Gaga has created quite the buzz surrounding her new album ARTPOP and moved up the pre-order date to 19 August after huge media coverage and public interest. It seems this wasn't early enough, as Monsters Down Under and in Germany are able to pre-order ARTPOP as of August 1st.
