The star was famously feted at her 19th birthday party with a Bob Marley cake.

In June, Cyrus told Rolling Stone, “I think alcohol is way more dangerous than marijuana.”

I rooted for her. I slightly defended her when the new music video came out but she just keeps on reaching a new low everyday. It's not what she do, it's what she say that is cringe worthy
