They are not exactly "tattoos". I like it, I think she's trying to express two sides of her, both elegant and extreme. It's obviously a spray on anyway

Yes, she looks ridiculous. Call me crazy for saying this, but I love that about her! She tries different styles and puts twists on them.

As much as I hate to agree, this pretty much sums up how I feel about these picturews. Seriously, I'm sure she was trying to be "different", but it didn't turn out the way she wanted it to.
