I'm talking about outdoor outfits, not general clothing you wear at home. For example, a shirt - how many different occasions does one must wear each to in order for it to be "washing machine ready" or does it entirely depend on what the state of the shirt is in at that moment. Does it differ with trousers, jeans, jackets etc? I'm only asking because they say over-washing your clothes = no-no as it ruins the quality and whatnot. Discuss.
In the summer, when I wear something once I wash it. Sweat<<
Other times it's 2 -3 times I wear it before I wash it, if it stays clean.
If it gets stained or something it's washed after the first time it's worn.
Well it depends really, because I wash clothes once, maybe very two weeks depending on how I feel. If its like a tank top or a thin shirt or something and I wear it, I'll rinse it out with some that Tide to go or something to that effect. With jeans I wear them maybe like 4-5 times before I wash them. I wear a lot of dark colors anyway so.
Everytime, it's so ugh though whenever I wear like three or four different outfits throughout the day and I have an ass ton of laundry piling up. College is going to suck major balls.
I tend to wear things only once between washes. Even trousers and jeans and other pants. I do try to keep my coats clean in the colder months, though, and usually manage at least five wears before deciding they too need to be washed.
After every time I wear it, I wash it, EXCEPT if it's a shirt for work. In that case, I wear an undershirt so I'll wear the shirt 2 or 3 times before I wash it.
