I can't sleep right now and I feel like making a thread. I have a question for the members who have been on ATRL for a while. Are you the same member today or have you changed for the better since you joined?

I realized how much I've grown in here compared to six/seven years ago. Looking back at my at old threads and posts, I realized how obnoxious I was. I was a people pleaser, tried to be everyone's friend and I cared about the trivial stuff. Also, I wasn't really being myself. I think that every new member goes through this.


Now that I'm kinda considered a veteran, I'm more myself. I'm a lot more opinionated, I think for myself, I don' t care what people think of me in here. You realize it's just a forum at the end of the day. I can honestly see the change.

Prior to becoming active here I'd been active on other forums that had gurls just like ATRL's (though not as widespread) so no I don't really feel I've changed at all. I've never been one to censor my sass.

Then again, anything could happen - I only have 700ish posts here.

Yes. Last year, I was little more than just "that funny guy with the skeleton avatar". Since the new year, I've gone through things on and off this site which helped me grow as a person.

Yeah. I don't take ATRL seriously anymore. I don't even take my stanning for Rihanna that seriously anymore. I'm just here to have fun now. Nobody will care about stupid arguments in here 10 years later.

Yeah, I used to be this crazy mother****er who would get WP's every minute and get banned every couple days. Now, since my last ban (6/30/13), I've came back clean. I've made it 20 days so far, and I can make it longer. I'm growing up

Well, I'm sure I have even though I don't feel like it. I feel as though I'm the same, but we are all constantly growing even though it might not feel like it. I just don't care for stanning or anything like that. To me, it's just trivial as hell and unnecessary.

I'm a lot more mature and outgoing. I'm less afraid to have a bit of fun tbh.
