This is sick. You can see the expressions of some of the guys:
Guy directly behind them with the blue headband is looking like "ok did they just kiss?". The one to the right of them with the white headband is like "what the ****". Then the dude at the far right of the picture has an angry expression like "That's sick". The other 2 guys are looking away to the left.
It's not a big deal, unless either one is with someone else.
It's strange because what they're doing is not really clear i.e. it also looks like they could have reached in for a hug and/or an air/cheek kiss even and then were withdrawing from the embrace or whatever and that is the point where they happened to be closest to each other; or they could have kissed.
For the last time, Birdman is not his real father, Wayne just calls him that because he(Birdman) signed him(lil Wayne) to the record label when he was only 11 and got him out of the hood, so he refers to him as his daddy because he is his major father figure.
