will is probably a nerd in the studio, he probably is very focused and try to "create". There are far too many people who have worked with will, for will to be not easy to get along with.
Robin is probably used to a different work environment and a different way of working. Just like how Calvin Harris called out Rihanna, for other submissions last year, since he couldn't get into her ways of setting deadlines.
