It's been a while since anybody has hear from the CCM songbird. Of course, some of the board might remember when her first single, "I'm Not Missing You", first came out in June and proceeded to flop at radio. While the US and Canada were suppose to get her album, Beautiful Awakening, on August 29, the album got pushed back after it leaked on the internet. The rest of the world has gotten to hear this album while we wait in silence. Now the time has come for us to hear this great album.

The first single, "I'm Not Missing You", went back for radio adds on October 3rd and is already in the top 50 on Mediabase Top 40 and Pop. It is one of the most added songs on radio and spins continue to increase.

Her first album in over three years,Beautiful Awakening, will be in retail and online on January 16th, 2007. From what I've heard, there are going to be new vocals with new beats and extra songs. She needs to just stop. She doesn't have the strong material to make it in this industry. I have heard her songs and they sound like Willa Ford leftovers. She isn't going to get anywhere. She needs to just stick with her bizarre Christian music and leave the other pop songs to established artists.

To who? Christina? Justin? Britney? They may be established....but only in the popularity sense, NOT TALENT.

Stacie is our savior. I pray she does well with this album, and hope the song becomes a monster hit.

"I'm Not Missing You" has a pretty good bullet right now. The only thing is none of the big markets have jumped on the bandwagon yet. So I say let's wait 2 weeks and see what happens.

She had big 3 hits on the first cd, so she could have a great comeback. I can't wait to hear new stuff.

Yeah, Stacie Orrico is one of the few actual talents left in the music industry and definately should be more successful. "So Simple" has potential and let's hope that "I'm Not Missing You" catches on soon (wut charts are you talking about in the 1st post?).
