How can we judge when one has been the president and the other hasn't?

I want Hilary to be the next president though.

Hillary and Obama are both brilliant, amazing politicians. If she becomes his successor I will be very happy with my country.

Hillary is better. I don't take either seriously but atleast the Clinton's give me a good laugh on occasion .
