I see Sony is going IN with the payola. Between paying Reddit/Neogaf users to create lies about the Xbone, bribing reviewers to give The Last Of Us/Uncharted games 10/10 ratings and now paying the magazine publications to praise the PS3S, I should hope that they don't blow all the advertising budget before it comes to release date.

It's a shame that The Last Of Us couldn't open with better numbers (like Super Smash Bros Brawl or Halo). I suppose buying 10/10 reviews will only get you so far

Just because a magazine is writing what everyone is thinking doesn't mean that there's any payola involved. Don't be angry because you're rooting for the lessor console. I do still feel bad for the M$ stans though

They probably have to hide the fact that they're buying an Xbox One from their friends and loved ones so they aren't exiled.

Wtf? Mario and Halo are both popular franchises with solid fanbase, while TLOU is an entirely new game, and its sales are far from being "not impressive".

They banned an undercover MS employee.

No one is paying anyone off and Neogaf hosts actual devs in the industry it isn't your typical forum with randoms.
People are going to buy what they want to buy.

And the admin was at E3 even saw him on a live stream and held the PS4.

For the record, The Last Of Us has had the biggest opening of the year so far, and it was released on a Friday instead of a Tuesday, cutting its sales period short.
