Only a few songs have that much of impact in pop culture and "Firework" is one of them. Who needs a song at #1 for +8/9/10 weeks on the Hot 100 when it can just become bigger over time?

It's true though. One of the few songs from the past decade that continues to sell over time, gets recurrent airplay and it's always covered on reality singing tv shows (which is odd when it comes to from today's new girls)
