This countdown will be consisted of the 50 best songs of 2013. To make this countdown I'm gonna need some help. Starting now you can PM me your list of 15 of your favorite songs from this year. I will be accepting lists until July 8th, 2013 at 12:00 AM (PST). Any list I get after that will not be accepted so make sure you message me your list before the deadline. Every song MUST be from this year. NOT released as a single. NOT from an album released LAST YEAR. Every entry MUST be from THIS YEAR 2013.

As far as I know it's like this:
When the people who participate choose the album/songs themselves it's a countdown that doesn't have to be approved.
When the songs are chosen upfront it's a rate and has to be approved.
Onika slays you should ask a mod in ATRL HQ to move this into base

No if it is from an album released in 2012 but the song was a single in 2013 it isn't allowed
