I'm pretty sure it was only before the album release. Radio will push and push something and Black Skinhead garnered a considerable amount of airplay. It was supposed to only have a music video but his label probably couldn't resist the high airplay thus making it a single.
I wanted Bound 2 tho but they can reserve it for the last single
