It means there is some kind of fear on sex talk and sexuality,which is quite sad and pitiful. Especially when the govt,education system and media are faling in educating its citizenry,which translates to a lost society.
Pleasantly surprised that more than half of Japanese accept it and very very proud to see South Korea making the biggest upward movement in the entire world. Still some ways to go but they're well on their way.
