She can still be subconsciously racist and not realize it,but I think that she is very sincere and truly sorry.
I forgive her,but I won't forget.
She IS a sweet woman, but she just has to make a few changes.I get it she was raised in the South, and back in the day where those things were acceptable. She probably carried it over into adulthood, but as she got older times started changing and she had to start working with other races;I believe she truly saw that Blacks are human just like she is.We all bleed the same blood and shed the same tears
She could have lied about the whole situation and said that she never said the N word, but at least she was honest and admitted to using it,where as so many others would have more than likely plain lied about it to save face.So for that I commend her for telling the truth and owning up to her actions.
I somewhat feel bad for her..like really I do,but at the same time some of this she deserves, hopefully it has really opened up her eyes.
We have all sinned , or we've been biased, prejudice, or straight up wrong at one time or another. Behind close doors or not.Paula Deen was right, none of us can cast the first stone.
