So what if some of the songs are overused? If they are overused, more than likely, they are overused for a reason, because they are damn good as party songs. Case in point: "Let Me Clear My Throat". I can't remember a party I went to that didn't play that song and I can't remember a party I went to that I didn't get up and dance to that song.
I understand the sentiment, but some tracks will work at any party no matter how many times they are played at parties. That's part of the reason why they are called "party songs".
