Hardly a confirmation. Whether or not her voice would sound good on a rap song isn't even an issue. Adele is EXTREMELY selective with her collaborations and has turned down many huge artists in the past so I highly, highly doubt she'd change her mind and collaborate with Big Sean of all people.
