Alot of albums flop because of low promo. Jesse didn't really have promo for his album. But his album didn't really flop, because with the little promo he got, he debuted at #14. The only people that say Paris flopped are people who hate her. Paris debuted at #6, that's not flopping.
Basically people call her a flop because they had unrealistic high expectations of her and thought she'd do amazing because of her name. It doesnt work like that, especially when most of her fame is negative.
She flopped, yes. But Jesse flopped even worse, only cause he didn't promote it. It all depends on the first single too. Stars are Blind went on the radio for about a month and it probably helped out her sales. Her album wasn't that bad, so who knows how much she'll sell.
